MY STORY

My name is Louise, I am a fully qualified History teacher with 4 years school based experience and a background in the legal sector.

I have found that many hardworking students have their confidence shaken and their passion for the subject tested in the run up to exams.

I am passionate about supporting them through this naturally stressful time, giving them the time they deserve and a more focused forum away from the busy classroom to practice honing their knowledge, arguments and writing skill.

I teach them simple steps to aid revision and retention, how to tackle different types of exam question with confidence.

I also incorporate strategies to help my students manage stress, to promote wellbeing and resilience, derived from my time as a head of PSHE.
